Can a player theoretically win the Calder Trophy twice?

Um, I think that once you win the Calder trophy, you can't win it again due to you being considered a rookie...? I'm really not sure here, but any player with those statistics that you mentioned would be a Hart winner...100 goals...? But I see your question. I don't think it can happen though, realistically or theoretically
