Geology careers in New York City?

Hello, I'm basically studying my undergrad in Geology in Buffalo, but would eventually like to live in New York City. However, after searching online I don't really see too many opportunities for a career in geology down/near the city. Does anyone know any resources that can help me in my search? Or would anyone know how many job opportunities there typically are for a geologist down in the city, or even near it at least (within commuting distance)?
