I have what I think is part of a fossilized beehive. How do I know for sure?

I found a rock in the woods about 15 years ago. Part of it looks like a fossilized honey comb, other parts look like they could have been eggs. I've searched pictures on line and nothing really jumps out at me. Would a geologist be my best bet?
