I dyed my hair and the color is fading!!?

So, I dyed my hair and it's already washing out. I used red-ken for color treated hair, L'Oreal for color treated hair, and it still washes out. It's suppose to be permanent hair dye. My hair is black/brown naturally so I had to get my hair bleached because I had wanted blue highlights which I loved but again, color didn't last no longer than three weeks. I don't know what to do. People told me to use salon hair products but it makes no difference. The only difference is the price. I don't remember the name of the hair dye.
