Scots wtf is wrong with them?

Scotish people is there something wrong with them are they retarded or are they told in school to act uneducated and to be total twats.Why can't they speak the English language properly ie "Jamp" "dinni" "canni" "ken" . Do they all think there right.Id love to hear from some Scottish people hopefully I get a intelligent one(Intelligent to Scottish standards not earth standards)
