Is geology a worthless degree?

it is YOUR dream! not your parents... if you go to college and get a degree the possibilities are endless (even if you do get what some people would call a worthless degree) if it is your dream to become a geologist then you will get your dream job! i know so many people who are getting engineering degrees because their parents are really want them and they are miserable and won't want to get a job in that field... just stay strong to who you are and what you want... this isn't your parent's life.
