Opinions on this situation? please respond?

My employer gave test for all mid-level professional employees to qualify as supervisors. the test has nothing do with the subject area of our job (as geologists), it's only about how you would respond in situations as a supervisor. most of my coworkers got a higher score than me (scores are public). i'm wondering if they think that i'm less smart than they are even though it's not a subject-based test? what do you think?
